Had a wonderful stay here. Located in the very new zone, it was a brilliant place for celebrating anniversary. The location was great and fantastic and the staff members were nice. Tried some takeout specials at Burger King, luckily it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave in my deluxe apartment. City view was an unexpected bonus. The location was particularly good, really close to the old town, the city center, and Blossom, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. Plus, Galeria Figur Stalowych was close by.

The room was exceptionally clean and with the jacuzzi, had everything I needed. A dishwasher, coffee & tea makers, and fridges were available in the kitchen. The location was amazing, in a gated area, in the very new area.

Incredible base for celebrating anniversary, felt like home. We had deluxe apartment with the jacuzzi. Pleasant and really kind staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. The hotel location was great and fantastic in a gated area. Besides, it was very close to Blossom and the central train station.

During our recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing the Jacuzzi Spa Prestige in Krakow. The apartment was lovely and offered a spacious and comfortable environment. The bath was a highlight, providing a truly relaxing and luxurious experience. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, leaving no room for complaints.

Although our stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor inconveniences that should be noted. locating the apartment proved to be a bit challenging, with some confusion and difficulty finding the correct place.

During my recent stay at Jacuzzi Spa Prestige, I was impressed with the lovely apartment, especially the jacuzzi and sauna. The facilities provided were excellent, including a hairdryer, wardrobes, TV with Netflix, and a well-equipped kitchen. The cleanliness of the apartment and the gated area added to the overall comfort and security. Additionally, the location was convenient, with grocery shops and restaurants in the vicinity, and the central train station just a short walk away. myself and my companion highly recommend this place as it was fabulous.

We absolutely loved the hot tub and sauna - they were absolutely brilliant! The apartment was cozy and elegant, with a comfortable bed and couch for sleeping. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed, and the bathroom was spacious with a fantastic bath. The host made sure we had everything we needed and the instructions provided before arrival were easy to follow. The property was kept clean and well-maintained. it was a fantastic experience.

Our stay at the hotel was generally enjoyable. The location was convenient, being close to the train station and a shopping center. We were pleased to find that our apartment included a hot tub and sauna, which added to our evening relaxation. the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory.

There were some aspects that detracted from our experience. the lift was out of order for most of our stay, necessitating a tiring climb up five flights of stairs.
